 Kyle earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from North Dakota State University and his Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to joining the Aaland Law Firm in 2010, Kyle practiced creditor's rights law, intellectual property law, and was an assistant county prosecutor in Clay County, Minnesota. He is licensed in Minnesota and North Dakota.
Kyle's primary area of practice is criminal defense. He is the firm's expert on Minnesota criminal defense issues and is a staunch advocate for those he represents. A master sergeant having served for 15 years in the Army & Air National Guard, Kyle is currently the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Plans & Integration office with the 119th Wing in Fargo.
A native of Tappen, North Dakota, Kyle and his wife, Kristin, have three children, Preston, Kylin, and Hunter. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys softball, golf, and the occasional rugby match. |
