 Dale W. Moench joined Aaland Law following his retirement as a hearing officer for the North Dakota Department of Transportation. He is a graduate of North Dakota State University and the University Of North Dakota School Of Law and has been licensed to practice law in the North Dakota since 1966. During his 45 years of experience, his trial practice included the areas of administrative law, personal injury, and business litigation with hearings, trials and appeals in various areas of the law. His general private practice included, among other things, contracts, commercial contracts, leases, real property, business and business entities, with limited practice in wills, trusts, family law and adoption. During some of those years he served as in-house counsel for a privately held Texas corporation that owned and operated cable television systems in approximately twelve states, including western North Dakota.
Dale joined Aaland Law as senior counsel or "of counsel". He is semi-retired but contributes his wealth of experience and knowledge in cases involving injuries and accidents, business and civil litigation, wills, trusts and probate. |
