Rachel completed her undergraduate studies at North Dakota State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology. She spent some time working in the psychology field after graduation, but eventually went on to pursue and obtain her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she graduated cum laude.
Rachel is a member of the Cass County Bar Association, Ronald N. Davies Inns of Court, and is on the board of trustees for the St. John Lutheran Church Foundation. Prior to joining the Aaland Law Firm, Rachel served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Steven J. Cahill in Moorhead, MN. Rachel is licensed to practice in the states of North Dakota and Minnesota.
Rachel's practice is focused on family law issues, including divorce, custody, and personal injury issues, including accidents.
